My eye is sore...I had a fight...what should i do??

Just about an hour or so ago i had a fight with one of the top bullies in our area. What really happened was, i was him picking on my little brother. The bully is around the same as my age. So i thought i could take him down. So i ran over and I told him to back-off, that ill kick his you-know-what if he dont. Now i know this is a very courageous move. But what comes next will surprise you. He didnt say anything and let go of my little brother and pinned me to the wall by neck. Then i realised.."oh no..what have i done???". He was very strong, even though he was around the same height as me. And as i had very few fights in my life i was very scared at that moment. I thought he was going to choke me, and suddenly he withdrew him right arms and gave a punch on my face. I dont remember it coming, but i remember the blow. OUCH! it still hurts. my left eye is all blue and my nose bled and now it has stopped bleeding. My left eye is hurting and watering so much i dont know what to do. Im applying ice now!! Should i go to the doctor?? What should i do??
