Is ALT+CTRL+DELETE essential ... to RUN Microsoft WINDOWS???!!!

Now a dayz ..WINDOWS is one of the most common operating system ... and we are quiet familiar wid ALT+CTRL+ DELETE ...wat do think?? are they ESSENTIAL??

Alt+Ctrl+Del work well in other version of windows,
but in Windows Vista very bad.
Mostly we will press this under emergency or computer having password,
which in other windows will open very quick.
But Vista doesn't.
You have to wait very long time to let it open,
and very slow...

its good to have a alt + ctrl + del in the computer.i use it to end the task when its not responding and also use to check my Memory Usage and CPU usage .

I use Windows Vista which has a lot of compatability issues. So yes, I use CTRL+ALT+DEL a lot when it freezes. And it freezes a lot unfortunately. LOL
