the more I use mylot,the more I can learn from it. today my biggest acquisition is that: work smart is as important as work hard. I think a long time about it and feel really happy. thanks to my friend thanks to mylot.

Glad to read that, same feelings hear. But there is times when a discussions are to deep or hot you can do nothing but cool down because you can not please everybody anytime....
