How many times do you buy your grocery in a week?

I buy my grocery once a week. I used to do it once a month but a lot of stuff became useless. I don't do it like that anymore. Now, I do it once a week and the waste is very minimal. How often do you buy your grocery?

I live alone and my needs are more on personal things since I don't cook for my meals. I usualy go to the grocery once a week. My basic needs are milk, bread, peanut butter and chocolates. Take care =)

I go to the grocery store at least once a week. Sometimes I'll even go twice if I forgot something the last time I went. A lot of the things I buy are very perishable like milk and lunch meat so I have to buy it often and in small amounts.
