most of us mothers are always porud of our children. little or big achievements, we all are so happy and blessed everytime we see our children succeed.
i am proud of my 1st son (13 yrs old) who put up his band and making a little money for some gigs everytime they were asked to play on some events. he's a good guitar player.
much as i'm proud of him, i'm fairly proud of my 2nd son (6 years old) who just got promoted to grade 2 in the coming school year 2008-09.
i couldn't ask for more!
Wanna share your children's small/big achievements?

I have 3 grown kids and I'm proud to say none of them has ever been in trouble and they have always been awesome kids and adults . I brought them up alone since I divorced their father when my son was only 1 1/2 years old. My oldest daughter went to college when she was 38 years old and was on the Deans list and in the Honor Society.

I guess for a relatively new mom like me, every first is a milestone. I have always been proud of my daughter. I would always tell friends and other family memeber about what my daughter has been up to, what she has been busy with, what she has been learning, etc. I would always bring her to work so that my work mates would see how fast she is growing and how smart she is becoming. I will always show her monthly studio pictures or pictures and videos taken from my cellphone. There would never be a day that I won't mention her latest antics. I guess that's what being a mom is about-being her children's greatest fan!

I'm a proud mom too. I have 3 kids and all of them excels in their school. My eldest son has been a school champion on math and was included in the honors list last school year. My second son has been awarded most outstanding student when he graduated from preparatory school last March. My youngest son, excels too in his nursery class and he really is good in drawing. It is really good to let your kids that you're proud of them though it may be a small/big achievement.

My little Hailey is just 2 1/2.
She can count up to ten in 3 languages - English, Filipino, and Spanish and up to five in Chinese.
She knows every letter of the alphabet, can recognize them if they are jumbled and can recite them in order. And she learned them on her own using the leapfrog's toy.
She can sing some nursery rhymes and memorize books for kids and make it look like she can read.
She loves to sing and dance and role play.
She knows her full name, where she lives and telephone number.
She knows all the colors of the rainbow.
She knows all the shapes and animal sounds.
I'm just so proud of her, like every mom is. :)
