how many of you think gyming is necessary for a healthy lifestyle?

hi guys!! among these whole lot of fitness lovers,do any such people think gyming is a must to stay fit?? think about it,in contrast to other activities like yoga,sports,running miles,hill climbing, etc etc.... all opinions honoured!! live well...be fit..

I suppose it is all a matter of what suits you best. Some people prefer doing things with other people and that is a good reason to join exercise clubs. I don't go to the gym but once I did join a wushu club where we learned tai chi and warmed up pretty heavily that sweat never leaves your body while your doing the exercises. It keeps on going even when the sessions are done. That was very good for me.

Going to the gym regularly is a good one however, you have to pay monthly fees when you go to the gym. But if you have money to spare for that, I think going to the gym would really help because they have complete equipments and they have instructors that could help you.
But you can also do other activities that would keep you fit. You can exercise at home and this is free. However, what you really need is a motivation to continue excerciing regularly.
How about having a regular hobby with your friends like tennis, badminton or jogging together every now and then. Doing it with people that also likes getting fit will encourage you to work out more.

It's not a must to go to the gym, you can easily stay fir at home. Just go running or swimming and eat healty food, then you should be all good :)
