I'm a poor student in mylot??

I read mylot regulations the other day, my star rating was 98/100, after reading, my rating's 95/100. Sigh Enjoy life~

Perhaps something wrong with the system.and you will find your star tating is 100/100 next time .good lucky! well ,how can I find my star rating?is there any relation between star rating and post?
