sometimes it happens due some error connection of internet without we realized it. or it can be happened when in the middle of submitting process, its suddenly error connection so you should submit it again from beginning and without our noticed its already posted it do not worry, when you realize it and add comment that there is something wrong in the connection so it makes double posting then the discussion maker won't think that you spamming his discussion

That has happened to me before, as well as multiple copies of the same picture being uploaded. I am sure it's a system glitch and you won't be accused of spamming. It happens to most of us now and then I think. I have never been given any flack because of it.

well, that's so weird. maybe it's because of the internet connection, or your mouse. normally what usually happens to me is i punch the post response once, and my screen would show the error message regarding the internet connection, and i'm back to the previous page, type the exactly same response, and voilaaa! my response appears twice
