Jewelry made of Beads

These days I started my hobby of beading jewelry. It is very nice after you connect pieces of metal, precious stone, glass beads/swarovski, jumper rings and spacers. But i do not like what I'm using this time as my wire coz its just a simple wire and when i do looping the texture will change and it doesnt turns out as shiny as i want to. Do anyone here also has a hobby of beading??can you share with me tips and ideas to make my beading jewelry looks attractive. Am planning to use a silver wire but theres no findings can be bought near my place. cn anyone help me out of this??? thanks a lot.
