Is it possible to transfer money from alertpay to paypal ?

I want to join some PTC sites but I want to receive money into paypal account but many of them pay through alertpay.
But is there any way to transfer money from alertpay account to paypal account WITHOUT HAVING A VERIFIED ACCOUNT AT BOTH THE SITES.
