If someone had betray you once a time,will you forgive your friends?

This things happened on my friends.She has a best friends,she always think for her best friend in whatever thing,but once a time,her best friend had betray her.My friend is very sad about it,she asked me to help her and asked me should her forgive her best friends if her best friend say sorry to her.I don't know how to answer her question,so can you all help me?

Erm, for me, it's depends on the cases that her bestfriend did.
I'll forgive but i wont forget. And i wont be surprise if she did the same thing to your friend since she's doing it right now.
And if i were your friend, i wont give my fully trust and my perspective towards the betrayer will change.
And she'll be no longer a shoulder to cry on.

I forgot to answer your question. Erm, If it's nothing to do with my bf, i'll forgive her. As simple as that, but if she's making bad stories about me to other people, i'll forgive her after she told everyone that she is just making the story to make me look bad.
Well, I'm the type of 'FORGIVE' but not "Forget":)

ermm.to me if someone had betray me...i will forgive him but things wont be d same anymore...i wont treat him d same n i dun think i'll be comfortable hving him around if im hanging out wit my other frens...my perception about that betrayer will totally change eventhough he's change or anything...diz is jz my opinion...cheers.

I think that it depends on the betrayal. If a friend is truly repentant I think forgiveness should be granted but that does not mean you have to trust that person again. Trust must be earned. We do not give that freely once we have been hurt.

Ultimately it is your friend that has to decide if she wants to forgive her friend. You can't tell her what to do nor should anyone else for that matter. Depending on what she did depends on if you should forgive the person or not. Some can forgive and forget where others can't.

i would forgive her..'coz she was my best frnd...but things wont be the same as before...still i'll forgive her...forgivin is lettin ur frnd knw tht u didnt realy betray ur frndship...
