Love is Affection or Attraction in life

Is love an affection toward someone u care,or its only an attraction to come close and have relation with opposite person

for me love is being there for someone in think and thin and being ready to sacrifice to bring cheer on the face of the person whom one loves. Attraction is much different where in it is mostly lust for beauty, money.

Love contains both in addition to other. Anyway Love is Life or Life is Love. Isn't?

Well love is the most peculiar in its properties.You can never say what it is.At one place it is care,at another its obession,somewhere sacrifice,somewhere attraction.
It evades the thought and pervades the heart.It is a healer,a totment,a pain,a bliss,a light,a darkness anyhing and everything.
