$20,000 less to worry about

Just did a little work on my budget and found out that in the 4 months I've lived in my new apartmant I've paid off $20,000 on my mortgage - that's pretty nice if you ask me :) Ohh well, still 100s of 1000s of $$s to go :( Small steps though, I'm getting there (in 20 years :D)
