Weight Watchers Anyone?

Is anyone a member of Weight Watchers? I just joined a few weeks ago. Does it work for you? How much have you lost? I have a unique problem in that I have a problem using all of my points because I work ten hour third shifts. I also don't recieve a 'break' at work. Has anyone else ever had this problem? How did you fix it?
