I worked a lot of companies already when I was back home and generally no matter how I like my job there are times I still want to quit!
In my job right now I admit I love working there.I know in my heart that's the kind of job I want to stay for long time, but there are times I want to quit also.I like my job bcoz it's a good place to work ,but I don't like my salary bcoz it's not enough to support my two kids and not enough also to send money in my family back home.
How about you, guys?Do you feel like you wnat to quit your job also and what is your reason?

I really want to..there's a problem with the taxes here in the Phil, and I just couldn't understand why it changes every month..I'm young, and don't have much experience, I only have worked for 4 years and nothing seems improving, all the same, the salary and the position. I should be happy coz I'm working above minimum but working with foreigners pisses me off..they follow their own rules, they have bogus computations and sorts..I don't know why am I still here..argh, If only I don't love my students,I wouldn't be here I guess.
I wanted to work abroad but I have second thoughts. I like my job, but I don't like the system. so sad..anyway..have fun guys!

Yes, I feel so too some times, because it gets very tiring at times, and takes a lot of my time. I have to work even during weekends and holidays. I get paid for that ofcourse, but that leaves me no time to relax.

Hi baleleng,
I have tried that feeling when I was working...Just because of stress! But, I need to have an income so I also can't quit...this time that I am jobless, I am looking forward to have a job, with all the crisis, I want to earn and save!
I am hoping even if there are many people who are losing their jobs, I will be able to find a good on soon..I believe in miracle!

I guess, in a way, salary has a bearing with your job satisfaction. In a way, though you feel that it is the THE JOB, but it does not satisfy some of your needs, there will always be a minus-minus- sign in the equation.
In relation to job satisfaction, my case is more of I find it boring at times, though, I see to it that I find ways in addressing my boredom. I love my job. :)

Thats what I feel this time. I wanted to quit or resign from my job. The reason is not because I don't like my job but its because of my health. I find the need to get medical attention in the Philippines. I hope I could go home soon...
By the way I am curious about your salary, how much do you receive every month? is it a fix salary or you also have overtime?
