I am a student. But I have trouble getting up early.I always sleep late but I had a sound sleep.I set my alarm clock every night but it just can't work. When it rings,I just press the button and keep sleeping. As a concequence,I am always late for class.I am so worried.
Do you have the same trouble? How do you solve it?Tell me please.

While you are a student there is less consequence for being late to class than if you were to be late to work. If, after you complete your education, you find a job that is something you really want to do and that pays well, you are going to have to take getting up on time more seriously. One suggestion would be to use two alarm clocks and keep one of them far away from your bed so that you have to get out of it to turn it off. If you only use one clock you're going to have to make sure it is loud enough to wake you up and, again, don't keep it close to your bed. Going to bed earlier can also help you to be able to get up on time.

I didn't know that you had room mates, lol! I guess you should warn them in advance that you're going to try something new. Good luck!

I do. I am definitely NOT a morning person. But, as far as waking up and turning off the alarm...no. See, as much as it sucks waking up in the morning and getting out of bed, it's something you've got to do! Everyone does.
If this has already become a dangerous situation, maybe you should think about scheduling yourself for later classes - something midday and beyond. That would be one way to alleviate the issue...
It's going to be hard, for sure! But, I hope this is something you find a way to correct because you DO NOT want your classes to be affected, that is your future!

It depends what time i sleep. I usually sleep around 9 or 10 and i am a student also. If i sleep later than that, i would have a big difficulty getting up early and would be half asleep until i get in the shower.

So funny. You should be careful when you are half-asleep in the bathroom.

I would love to get up as early as possible , but I am just to worn usually, or too restless the night before . When there is a vacation , and Sunday mornings I force myself up no matter what.
