well if is a software i really need for my pc I will buy it. We have to remmember the program might cost you $50, but fixing your pc can cost you up to $500. Some free software do not work as good as the ones purchased from the provider. For example I would download a free version of itunes or microsoft word, but I would not download a free version of an antivirus I would pay for this software.

I have to agree with you that we should never download free versions of anti-virus softwares. It may be a little expensive but it's worth it.But other softwares like softwares to customise your desktop is ok to download for me.

Well when you have loads of money you naturally buy everything you see and and up haveing nothing but a computer full of lousy programs that you really never use. I usually download the free version.

When I have money I prefer to buy.Sometimes I get free version. But like I said I prefer to buy when I can afford.Buying is also respecting the intellectual work of the inventor of the product and it keeps money rolling...MONEY SPENT WILL SURELY COME BACK IN MY POCKET 3 TIMES MORE!!
