Vitamin C is an antioxident also. It also provice resistance to infection. In addition to the citrus fruit it is available in cabbage, pineapple, strawberries, pepper, cauliflower etc.

I have an acne problem. My face is covered with blackheads and pimples. Its really annoying. Can Vitamin C help my condition?
From what i know, Vitamin C can be potentially be used to treat some cancers. Everyday i eat 2 Green apples so i think i have sufficient Vitamin C in my body.

Vitamon C is the really good one for the complexion yes,and I also say that drinking a lot of water is a goodt thing for the skin,the water flushes the toxins out of the system and in time you may well notice that your skin is getting clearer and clearer.Another good source of vitamin C is the acerola cherry,in capsule or powder form.

Your are right but too much of anything is bad . Instead of taking lot of fruits we can eat lot of vegetables of all kinds as they have both vitamins , minerals and fibers , a triple whammy .
