Job! How long have you stayed in your job? did you resign?

There are people who took up education simply because they have no other options. So why did you took up education? If you love to teach!? You must go and teach... Teaching is a very noble profession, I admire them. Anyways, since your boss needs a replacement you have to find one and refer it to your boss, try a friend who have just graduate, or relative who is hunting for a job or anyone.

Have you signed a contract to the private school already? Do you have an existing contract with your current employer? If you have a contract with your employer now, you have to finish it otherwise you will breach the contract and have to pay for the months you will not work anymore. If you don't have contract, then tell you boss exactly that you need to go but don't left them empty handed. Try suggesting a friend whom you think can do your job. As for the private school, have you signed contract already? Again, they may sue you of breach of contract if you will not show up. Then again, if you haven't signed yet, then wait till your boss release you. Anyway, private schools still accept teacher applicant anytime in their school year.

I have been as a teacher for 3.5years.however at present i work as a salesgirl.though the life is more interesting Everymorning i can meet varies people and deal with defferent things.Though i am very tired,I feel the work is more challenging that i want to work there long.These time i have no plan to resign my job
