Do you agree tha happyness not depend up on the money???

yes,I'm agree. but it doesn't mean that I don't need money...

If you won 1 billion dollars, how could you not be happy? You could buy so many things! Maybe not health and true love, but whatever...

Ideally money should not dictate whether a person is happy or not. But in reality, we can't help but not agree at all times. It's really difficult to stay happy with empty stomachs. Plus of course, we're living in a materialistic world and even the simplest types of people would be tempted to crave for something more in their lives which would create a 'desire' for more. I guess the difference would then be if he/she would prefer money than relationships. If he/she is now more inclined to just have money or be greedy about it, then he/she is under false happiness. For happiness not share is not happiness at all. So there goes. Happiness don't purely depend on money, but the lack of money would definitely have an impact to happiness. =)
