i guess for me french is harder to learn coz i even know a single word and its hard to pronounce each word. unlike spanish twenty five percent of my mother language "filipino" is spanish so i know alot of words in spanish i just have to construct the sentences.

As for me it wa smuch easier to learn spanish than french. French I had to learn in school and somehow I was not so much interested in this. Probably this is the reason. Spanish I was taught lateron by a nice spanish girl. So the interest in getting to know this language might be driven more in the possibility to communicate with her.
Where is a will there is a bush, like we say in germany.

I took French in Middle School and High School, and Spanish in college. It was easier to learn Spanish for me. I don't know if it was because I had already learned a foreign language or if it was because Spanish is easier to learn.
