I walk and ride my mountain bike. I love it. I used to run 7K daily but not any more.

I walk a lot, but it's to get from place to place, not to exercise. I probably walk for an hour a day, but I don't count that as exercise since it doesn't seem strenuous enough for me.
What I usually do for exercise is go to the gym (Bally's) and get on the cross-trainer until I burn 600 calories. I've been thinking of altering my routine though because sometimes after going so fast I feel like I'm going to pass out and that doesn't seem healthy to me.

I also like to do a little bit of each. I go for runs sometimes around my neighborhood for exercise in the evenings, but I probably go for walks a little more often. I really enjoy walking because I feel like it helps me to kind of relax and de-stress, and it's also a nice leisurely way to enjoy the lovely weather in the summer and the outdoors.

I fast walk around the neighorhood. I can do it longer...if I was to jog I'll be done in about 5 mins. :) I just had a baby so I need to get back into doing some kind of exercising. Gain too much weight during this pregnancy.

I usually walk, because running wears on your knees, most runners end up with horrible knees when they get older. Besides they always say that walking and swimming are two forms of the best exercise, why strain your body, and get a knee replacement when your in your fifties if you don't have to? But at night, I do about 100 sit ups, I take rests after doing 20 and then do another set afterwards and continue on.

My husband and I try to go walking every day with our daughter now that it is hotter. Yesterday it was storming all day. It looked like there was a tornado forming, but there wasn't. It still wouldn't have been a good idea to go out in that weather to get stuck in one. It was raining too, but that doesn't bother us as much because Allie has weather guard on her stroller.

I do a little bit of everything for excersise. I like to walk and jog on the treadmill to stay fit and challange myself to run more. I like yoga and bellydance, too.
