Hi, i've been taught by mom to brush my tongue since i was a kid and i think everybody also brush their tongue when they brush their teeth, but when i grew up, i started to realize that not everyone brush their tongue, and most of them don't know how to do it or why they should do it, even one of my ex gf didn't know about brush tongue thing until i told her about it, i myself always brush my tongue since it can make our breath more fresh :) so do u brush ur tongue?

I did it for a month, and now, i don't do it anymore. Cause my gf always do it with her tongue..lol..(what does it mean??). I brushed my tongue when i found whole of my tongue was white maybe because of milk. Used to drink milk everyday. But since i didn't drink it anymore, my tongue wasn't looked white anymore, so i decided to stop brushing my tongue.

wew..your gf brush your tongue with her tongue? i don't think that will clean ur tongue, but i read that kissing is also a good way to clean our mouth, since it'll produce more saliva when we're kissing, so it can help clean our teeth, don't know if it's true or not, i just read it from an article, anyway thanks for sharing :)

i don't brush my tongue, i clean it using tongue cleaner. it's more effective than brush. cleaning tongue is very important. it's said that 85% dirt in our mouth is at our tongue, not our teeth.

When i first learned how to brush my teeth, i was also taught to brush my tounge.
80% of bacteria and germs are located on the tounge and just brushing the teeth will not do anything.

Yes, of course. Every part of my mouth is being clean. The gums, the breath and the tongue aside from the teeth. Well, your topic is nice. Take care =)

Here where I live the dentist tell us to brush our tongue. Whenever your brush your tongue then the food will not taste slimy in your mouth. Alot of persons do not practice it but I love to do it. The tongue does carry bacteria and this need to be clean.
