Good morning, Vish.
There are several musical instruments I have played: piano, B-flat clarinet, bass clarinet, tenor saxophone, and baritone saxophone. My favorites are piano and bass clarinet.
One of these eons, I will have to get a piano because I want to start playing again and memorize at least one fair-sized piece of music. That is one thing I have not done yet.
I would love to play contra-bass clarinet. I have heard that it can really rattle your brain when you play the very low notes on this instrument. I would also like to try to learn to play bassoon.

Yes, I really enjoy playing musical instruments. I actually have a degree in music performance and I'm working on my second one in the same area. My major instrument is viola. I play a little bit of piano, but I'm not so good with that, lol. I mostly just stick to viola.

I love playing the piano or the keyboard. I'm not very good at it but I could play for hours if nobody was there. I used to play very softly at night when everyone was asleep and it would be very soothing, just playing different things without form, without constraints.

I too tickle the ivorys but my father is the true musician. He bought me my first keyboard when I was nine. The bad part is I only play by ear and can't really read music but to those who are not musician they can't really tell the difference anyway.
I even played as a teenager for our church when our regular pianist wouldn't show up.
I got this gorgeous keyboard full size last Christmas and I am now trying to learn how to play a fairly new piece called comptine d'un autre été by Yann Tierson
Whenever I have company over for dinner I love to play for them!!
