I have just read in the FAQ, how one gets paid in myLot. The Philippines is not one of those countries where PayPal is honored. The next option is through Moneybookers. Can anyone please inform me how safe the transactions are. Did you pay some amount when you enrolled at Moneybookers or did they take some fees for each transaction/payment. Do we have other options?

Ever since I really started earning here, I've been using paypal's premier account. I get notified whenever myLot has sent my payout through email and I do see them added up on my account whenever I check my paypal account. My account in paypal isn't yet verified and you need a bank account to have it verified so it seems. Here's what I kind'a understood, I recently re-read a received notification from paypal that you can withdraw your funds from your account in paypal and put them into your bank account (they say any bank in the country but, just inquire if your bank does recognize paypal). If your going to transfer Php 7,000 or more, paypal would not charge you anything but, if it would be less than Php 7,000, they will charge you Php 50. The transactions would be processed within six or seven business days. On moneybookers, you have to sign up for an account and register the bank that you also have an account with. I haven't done this since I yet to have my own bank account. You'll also get notified by moneybookers that you have received fund whenever myLot has sent them and I think it automatically goes to the bank account that you have registered in your moneybookers account. I have also read on some discussions that some of the earliest members here in myLot who are also from the Philippines have had accounts where their funds are sent, not just sure on that. Welcome to myLot, abarrojr

Isn't existing? I wouldn't be able to create an account there if that were that case. I only went to their site, availed for a premier account and the usual things that you have to input would be there as all accounts in sites you join would have you do, that includes the country of the applicant and I was able to find Philippines as among the countries that it recognizes. While filling up the details and the page shows on an inquiry on account number or something to do with a bank account, I simply skipped that part. That part verifies your account with banks. When I do get my own bank account, I'll update my account on paypal, have it verified so that I can finally tranfer my earnings from paypal to the bank account that I would be having. Without being able to do this still doesn't assures me but, I know that I have a premier account on paypal where my earning here in this site goes to.

Hi, Paypal is accepted in the Phils since 2006 but only on a limited-send-only service. Meanwhile the receive payment from abroad launched few months after. I think it is mostly used than moneybookers.

just go to http://www.moneybookers.com to find out for yourself. Yes it is free and it is safe.. just register and keep a record of your ID and password so it will be easy for you to get back later. Then register in my lot your payment options, your moneybookers ID. When the time comes mylot sent you the money thru your money bookers, just log on to your money bookers. I think you need to register in moneybookers your bank account in the Phils because just like paypal, you transfer your money from your money bookers to your bank account...that's it!
