Why should you feel lost and out of it if there is a problem. Every relationships has its up and down. What you should do instead of mopping is to try and solve the problem. Relationships is about love, respect, communication and compromising for it to work. Try and see the happier times when their is a sad time. Call your partner and make him know that you do not like what is happening and you would like to be happy again. If you are unable to communicate at this moment them read a book or watch a movie. Try and take your mind off the problem until you are both unite again. All the best.

communicate? you say... how will you like to know that i have try anything that, is every thing for me to be heard and thats was all in vein to me it is like me talking to a 6months old and all they know is time to feed... thats all i even when far as seeing a doctor(mind doctor) if you understand like we have so much bad times then good. honest....

Maybe it's because we tend to see relationships not only in the here and now but also in the future and, when something goes wrong or that person turns out to be someone different than who we thought he was, it screws up what we have built up in our minds.
