What do you think of breast implants?

I have seen some women with breast implants and the breasts look false. I understand that some men like big breasts and the media makes a big thing about it but many of the men that I know do not like them. Sure they admit that when they see a woman with big breasts it draws their attention but that is not the same as wanting a partner with big breasts. I have heard that many young women in the US are doing this now and I find it odd. What is wrong with natural breasts? How can they bear to have someone cut them? Even if I wanted to enhance mine, which I don't, I could not bear to have surgery on them. When I was a girl, women with naturally big breasts were embarrassed about them. Now girls with perfectly nice breasts are wanting to make them bigger. Since they are just fat I find this odd as the girls do not want to get fat. If they just want to improve cleavage their are other ways to do it. What do you think about them?
