Sudden Backpain? Sudden Pain of Any Kind?

How weird? These days I have been experiencing some weird back pain. I didn't even know why I get that. I haven't been to the doctor yet but I am thinking about it. Right now, I am rubbing some Japanese medicine on my back and it seems that the pain is soothed a bit. What about you? Have you suddenly got some pain of any kind? Do you usually go to the doctor immediately? Or do you usually wait and see if it magically gets better?

Hello wondericequeen, I suggest that you go and see the doctor as soon as possible. Oh, yes! I am older than you and since after giving birth, I got my rheumatoid arthritis due to my improper food intake. At first, I thought it was just a normal back pain and muscle pain that I only rubbed with a traditional medicine. It get worse day by day and I couldn't take it anymore. I went to see the doctor and he told me that congratulations! I got the arthritis at 35! (No.... he didn't congratulate me *laughs* I will sue him if he did)

Personally, I never go to doctors, just dentists, lol, but have not been to one of those lately either, crossing fingers, crossing toes, knocking on wood. Once when I was about your age I carried an old-fashioned heavy typewriter several blocks through town in high heels. That was really stupid, and I was sore for weeks after. It finally got better. I don't get ouchies very often, but I do a lot of things to try to stay in shape and prevent injuries.

Yea that with high heels! What were you thinking? *laughs* Now I don't do sit up, but some stretching slowly at nights, I think after a few months, I would get back to my sit up again, just to stay in shape!

There's a serious backpain signs that need immediate concern from a doctor. These sign includes sleepless night because of backpain, difficulty in controlling bladder and bowels, fever, chills, sweats. If in case you don't feel signs , you can try the basic treatment such as cold compress, hot compress, exercise, and rest. I think it's better if you have to observe it by yourself on when do you usually feel your back pain and what causes it. My mother often uses pain reliever. Sometimes she does eithier cold and hot compress to sooth the pain.

Some back pains can be cause by stress... especially if they just appear out of nowhere... in some cases... it can be caused by the bed that one sleeps in... but everytime i have a sudden back pain... i always do exercises that involves moving the back... or the area a hurts... i don't go to the doctor immediate... only when exercising doesn't help...

Sometimes this sudden pain is cause by how we sit on the chairs around the computers or that the mattress need to be change. What you can do is use a back pain reliever. The one with the therapy heat and if this pain insist of being there well you can visit the doctor. Whenever I sit down for two long my backs pain but it is because of my sickle cell disease that I have. So I will stretch out on the floor for a while and then it go away. All the best.
