What do you think the reason why PTC owner use to set cashout period?

Hello clickers, I am just wondering why almost of the PTC have a cash out period? What do you think the purpose on that? But I`ve heard about neobux they are claiming that they can pay you instantly, is it true? If it is true why the other PTC cann't pay instantly? Thank you in advance, have a nice myLotting.
