Hey tell me about everyone you always talk to complain about their neighbours. I live in a culdesac and find that the neighbours on my right and left of my house we get along fine. But the neighbour across from us is what you call a bad neighbour. I really think that if you get to know your neighbours and your neighbours get to know you it all would be fine. But for the neighbours that don't want to be friendly and don't want to get to know you, you would find that they will jump to concludsions and become bad neighbours.

Our neighbors are awesome. We have lived in our house for 30 (yikes) years and believe it or not so has my neighbor across the street. They are typical friendly neighbors but we don't really socialize. My next door neighbor has become a good friend of mine and we do things together. She is alot of fun and moved next door 20 years ago after her house burned down in a huge fire that swept through our area. The people who live next door to her have lived in their house for 20 years! My son became best friends with their son and they treated him like one of their own children. I think it is unusual now days to have 4 different families that have lived next to each other for that amount of time.(and we all get along!)

I've actually been very lucky when it comes to having great neighbours....The neighbours on both sides of me right now are FABULOUS....as were the neighbours at my former home (particularly on the right side of me)....the neighbours in my apt before that sucked BUT the neighbours on both sides of me in the place I lived before that were great too in fact the lady who lived to the right of me is one of my best friends and like family to me....So NO not all neighbours are bad....but there are some out there thats for damn sure

To begin with, I do not like living in the city(although mine is very small).I like living in the country with no close neighbors. But when I got divorced,I had to move. I lived across the street for the first 5 years(in a duplex).Eventually I got to rent a house across the street. So I have had my neighbors for 8 yrs. now. I have all good neighbors except for one side.(I live on the corner)Everyone is friendly in the whole neighborhood and everyone either talks to you or they mind their own business.(there is only acouple that ignore everyone) The house next to me normally used to not have anyone in it. The woman went through a divorce and her husband moved out of the state. She had a job traveling the country so she was rarely home. I think her kids lived with their grandparents.(pathetic if you ask me)But eventually the two older boys stayed at the hosue a lot. They were 15 and 17 and the time. So you can imagine. Now the one is 18. They are constantly lighting fireworks, revving engines, squealing tires...etc.The garbage is piling up alongside the house.(the mother and her boyfriend live 3 hours away and she comes up for holidays and/or maybe once a month) The thing is, the local cop lives right across the street.I have seen him go over there last yr. acouple times.(ticket in hand) This house WAS a beautiful house(inside). It was owned by a local Dr. They own the other corner,it has a much larger lot that mine.It used to be beautiful too. But now thew lanw is barely mowed and it has trash piling up in the back too.One of the kid's freind used to take his truck with no muffler and go driving around in the backyard like a race track.(of course he did dig up the yard) I can't believe they get away with this.

I have neighbors that slam doors like they're the only people that live in my building. They have a little dog and when the dog has an accident, the woman goes crazy screaming at the poor thing. I hope I never hear the dog crying, because I will call the ASPCA. They also argue quite loudly at any time of the day or night.
