Where are you from?
Hmm... Im from the Philippines... here (as far as I know), Bikes and Bicycles are the same...
The one that runs on petrol are Motorbikes (or motorcycles)... or scooters... But when we say "Bike" we refer to the one with pedals...
I use neither =) I'm not really a fan, and I'm not really good at balance... needs some work but have not time :)

Bi-cycle - Which is attached here in this discussion.. This doesn't need any fuel to run, you can use this by way of pedeling by your leg.
Bike - with out fuel, this will not run, if you need to drive a bike, you should get the "Driving Licence" from the government.
Bike has a engine etc.. but bicycle has just two wheels with a pedel and the connecting chain..
Bicycle is not a risky as much as like Bike.

Hello chennai_b02. I started to ride my bike to school when I was in my junior, senior, and college days. Bikes have been our main transportation tools for personal use in China. Even now I still ride my bike to town when I need to go for shopping. I think that it is convenient and friendly to the environment. Besides, the gas price is getting higher and higher. By riding a bike, we don't pay for gas. And also it is a good way of doing physical exercises to keep us healthy.
