I guess intimacy if part of a relationship and I would not call it taking advantage unless that thought is in the mind of the one doing it. I have a negative reaction to the words taking advantage because I think it is wrong. However, one may have intimate actions like touching and stuff but still not be taking advantage of the other because it is mutual and reciprocated. Taking advantage means the other party is unwilling but is forced to accept it anyway; I believe this to be wrong.
