This discussion has been going on for as long as I can remember. Today still scientists come up with some interesting news every now and then. Maybe a more proper wording of the question would be: Was there life on Mars? Or who knows, maybe there is life now, but they're just hiding. Or maybe they're there and the scientists know it; they are just not telling the public. Your comments and ideas are welcome!

well i hope there is life on mars. being positive is better you see. and as goes the record, there has been reports of icecap formations on the surface of mars on the poles. and water means life. also there has been reports of river bed dune formations.
maybe some day we will get confirmed about the knowledge of life there.

I really don't believe that's there any life on other planets. Maybe there was some kind of planctons or something, I don't know. Although, if there is life, they won't be hyper modern, they will probably be so small that we only can see them with a microscope, and so on.
If the scientists knew it, they would absolutely tell the public. Wouldn't you be glad to get the opportunity to be known as the one that found life on other planets?
