I share my room with my cousin and she told me that I sometimes have sleep talk when I'm asleep. And I remember It was before exam when I'm so tired and occupied of different school activities plus exams that I say things which she could not understand. How about you?

I have never been told that I talk in my sleep, but I am sure that I probably have at some point. I can remember once when I was younger and was spending the night at my aunt and uncle's house, and my cousin started singing the theme song to his favorite cartoon during the night. My sister and I tried to tell him about it the next morning, but he didn't believe us.

I don't have this capability but my sons do talk in their sleep and they can carry on a conversation while asleep. I think they may sleepwalk too because I sometimes see them go out of their room. No one has told me that I talk in my sleep and I would be embarrassed if I said something inappropriate.

I use to share a room with my sister and she told me that I constantly talk in my sleep, sometimes its something she can understand and sometimes just plain mumblings. She said that I even respond to things she's saying. She'll just realize that I was asleep because of the snoring that would ensue. I think these occur during the times when I'm excited or stressed out about something. I dont know really, but my sister is also a sleep talker. Maybe it's in the genes.

I have sleep talked from I was young but I would only do it now a few times a year,, but a few months ago I was staying in my boyfriends house and everyone was in bed including his mum and dad and I woke myself up shouting my sisters name all over his house lol ( I must have been shouting at her in my dream) lol =)

I'm not sure whether I, myself, talk in my sleep, but I've awoken a couple of times to find that I'm trying to say something but the words won't come out.
My younger son, however, frequently talked in his sleep. He used to play football and I would hear him reliving his games whilst asleep. lol.
Brightest Blessings.

I used to be a sleep talker in college. I used to play games online before be and I would talk in my sleep about the games and trading my points in for prizes. My room mates thought it was hilarious. I'm just glad I didn't come out with anything embarassing. Or, if I did, I'm glad they didn't tell me about it.

Haha.. I think I sleep talk too. When I traveled to Japan a few years ago with my friends, they told me that on one of the nights, I actually talked in my sleep. I said 'Ichi, ni'
and then I fell asleep again.
'Ici, ni' is actually '1, 2' in Japanese. I do not understand why I said that.
