Just be yourself and talk to her. You can also make her laugh and in time, tell her she is beautiful or cute. But never, I repeat, never, tell her that she is hot. Don't tell a girl that she is hot. She may get the uh...wrong idea.

Just be yourself. Tell her she looks nice and compliment her. Also, make her laugh(which may also make her blush).
