I like both, but if I have to choose then I would say sunset. It means the night is settling in and time to relax.

Haleakala sunrise - This is the sunrise from Haleakala in Maui

I see more sunsets than sunrise. I do remember seeing a beautiful sunrise however. From the Haleakala Volcano in Maui. It was breathtaking.
