What's your favorite sleeping position?

I am the opposite. I can't sleep in any other position than on my stomach. I have been told this is not good AT ALL!! But I can't seem to fall asleep any other way.

It changes, depending on the kind of day i've had but my ultimate sleeping position is face down, star-shape and taking up the whole bed! You can't beat having a double bed to yourself.

Hi jashley1! I also sleep on my right side and sometimes on my back. I can't ever sleep on my stomach because I feel I can't breathe at all. There is no other way that I can sleep than those two other positions. Take care and God bless!

Well, my best sleeping positiong would be sleepin on my back (supine position). In some cases I sleep on my side. But I usually feel more comfortable sleeping on my back with my arms stretch upwards.

I always sleep on my stomach or in foetal position, and hardly on my back..

When I am alone I tend to sleep curled up against the wall. When my husband and I are together (he's in AZ, I'm in Ontario), we sleep straiht, with our arms around eachother.

I usually sleep on my stomach, i just love that way, I can't sleep in any other position until and unless i am forced to !!

My favorite sleep position is on my stomach, but I normally toss and turn all night and wake up on my back or on my side. I only ever wake up on my stomach still if I am really tired when I fall asleep.

on the right side. so i can face the wall and be in the darkness. i am living in a dormitory, and any light just can't get me asleep. i don't know why, when i sleep facing the wall, i feel safe. on my right side, there's the wall. :) i can't fall asleep on other position.

I can't sleep on my stomach. It just feels strange and uncomfortable. I usually just sleep on my side. Not any side in particular because I tend to roll over a lot, but as long as I'm on my side with one hand under the pillow and one ontop, I can sleep, lol.

I can sleep on either side or on my stomach but I absolutely can't sleep at all on my back. I know that sleeping on your stomach is not supposed to be good but I always seem to end up that way.

I like my side. Left or right doesn't really matter. I prefer to sleep as close to my hubby as possible. However he can't sleep well like that. So I don't often get the chance.

I like to sleep on my side right or left it doesn't matter to me. I usually start out on my back, but I always end up sleeping on my side.

We are complete opposites. I cannot sleep on my back and i feel more relaxed when i sleep facing my stomach. I usually sleep with one hand under my pillow and it doesn't matter which side i'm facing as long as i'm sleeping on my stomach. I feel really uncomfortable when i sleep on my back and i am facing up. I also like sleeping under my blanket unless it's a really hot night(in the summer, it gets HOT!).

I always have to sleep on my back or my right side. It just feels weird to sleep on my left side. I can sleep on my stomach sometimes but it gives me a crick in my neck because I have to bend it so far to the side to be able to breathe well.
