ok,,,where do you get your ideas?...

That depends what is going on. My daughter is a great source of topics. Sometimes the dog provides material. If I see something on the news that makes me have an emotional response, I comment on that too. Then there are days where the well goes dry. Then I just try and give good responses.

When it comes to Mylot, I would agree with the first post and say that my topics just come to me out of the top of my head. Usually, they're triggered by a desire to learn about what other people are like or a need for a answer to my question. But, for blogging, my ideas are based on the topic of the blog that I am writing. I write an art and photo blog, so I post my artwork and photos. I write a blog about sites like Mylot, so I have a blog for that site. It's a way to expand on certain topics.

My blog is just like yours lady11eve, most of them is about what happen my daily life, a suggestion or tip for my visitors, a reviews and ofcourse I really love to rant most especially those to rippers who tried to rip my works.

I guess ideas come from other ideas. I do not denigrate the idea of copying an idea because what usually happens is an idea generated by a discussion generates a slightly different idea with a different twist or angle. Hence it is a variation on the original idea and not just a xerox copy of the original. Very often too the same things come to different people independently so they discuss the same idea, it is not unimaginable to have something like that happen at all.

I have few categories set up in my blog and I only post within those categories . All of them are surely of my interest so I do not find my self falling short of ideas. Oh and I also have a general / uncategorized category which I use when I do not have anything to post related to my blog

My life, and things that I have always wanted to know. Plus, it comes from things that I have experienced. And it comes from my personal feelings on a subject..

Well, I get my ideas from my daily experiences as well. Some of them I get from reading the newspapers and they are a bit catchy because people easily react on those news. Sometimes some ideas come to mind and I also put it here for discussion. It's funny to know that many people from across the planet actually share my queer ideas. I also discuss about my interests and things that I see around me which I think are worth discussing.
