well i just wanna share with you guys this true story of a cat that had a premonition of something bad that's about to happen to her master so she tried everything in her power to stop it from happening. very interesting story. after you read the story, tell me what you think of it, did you believe it or the story is too absurd or silly for you to believe and its all just coincidence? well if you ask me, i believed it coz animals have this some sort of 6th sense that only select humans have (for ex, psychics or people who have their 3rd eye partly or fully open) anyway, here is the link for you guys to read the whole story:

Thank you for sharing the story. It's always neat to hear about animals being heroes just for using their natural abilities.
I love watching shows that focus on them in this fashion. Most of us have heard of pets alerting their owners to gas leaks. A cat once alerted its owners - through the baby monitor - that their baby was suffocating in its sleep. And some dogs have alerted their owners that they have cancerous tumors, impending heart attacks or strokes, and other ailments that would otherwise be undetected.
Not too long ago I saw a program about a cat who wandered the halls of a nursing home. The nurses swore that he could predict when a resident was to die and would lay on their bed a couple hours before it happened. (Someone might have posted a similar story a while ago too).
I think animals are more in tune with the world and therefore are better able to detect impending events and things amiss.

wow, if these cats were people, they could earn a fortune just by being "fortune-tellers, dont you think? LOL! and with money back guarantee, coz they are pretty accurate so you get your money back if youre not satisfied with the "reading" LOL! isnt that amazing what these animals can do? they can even be "doctors" now, hehe. i just wish my cat or dog is like that though. they seem pretty normal to me. god really works in mysterious ways. even ants have ESP, so that they know when to pack up and build their homes when its about to rain..

Cats are very intuitive, they know more than we could ever know.

I have often heard that about animals. Cats in particular. Sometimes they sense things that are going to happen. I don't think my little guy posesses those abilities though.
It may be some cats are psychic like some people are psychic.

yup i think it is mostly cats that posess that ability rather than dogs.. too bad my cat doesnt have that gift as well.. i remember the movie "catwoman" starring halle berry, and now i think that cats having powers in the movie arent that farfetched in real life.

I have to say that the cat deserves Whiska's for the rest of it's life. LOL! I have two cats and they are so precious to me. My youngest Taz came to me when I needed her the most. I had just had a miscarriage and the day I got home from the hospital I was so dpressed. That night I kept hearing little meows coming from outside the front door. I went to inspect since it was pouring rain. It was a kitten! I brought her in and gave her some warm milk dried her up and gave her a blanket to sleep on. She has really brought a since of joy into my life and without her I would probably still be depressed.

oh maybe god really intended that kitten to be with you when you were undergoing some tough times as a source of comfort. . or maybe she "foresaw" what you have been going through and decided to enter into your family for good? LOL we'll never know, wont we? unless she tells us. regarding whiskas, i have to say that it causes cats to have urinary problems, i have experienced that 2 yrs ago when my male cat had one, and when i asked a question on yahoo answers, most of the people who responded have negative things to say regarding whiskas, and how harmful the ingredients were in it, not to mention the cheapest crappy cat food. according to them, it is one of the "worst" out there. well based on my experience, it really caused my cat health problems when i was feeding dry cat food to him. he got cathetherized and luckily he survived. the ones that they recommend that i feed my cat is purina. they said that it is a safe one. so there, i just thought you might need to know this, in case you have been feeding your cats whiskas.
