In a scary situation

Ok so I was with this guy for three years and he is the father of my child well we are not together and since he didn't want to help me financially at all I was advised by the welfare department as well as my doctor to go for child support well I filed and it was discovered that he put down a false address and social security number on the paternity papers. So an investigator contacted me and I gave his license plate numbers which came out that the car is registered to someone with a completely different name. They investigated some more and had me identify a photo of him and then informed me that he is going by several different alias names, has a few more false social security numbers, false addresses and they have no idea who he really is all they know is that he isn't who he says he is. The fact that he carries a gun and has threatened me while I was pregnant has them even more concerned. So as the officials and homeland security investigate I am left sitting here scared out of my mind and worrying for my safety and my childs as well as my families. What a mess.

You and your family should file a restraining order against him - the court ordering that he can not come into contact with you or your family - if he violates it, he can be arrested and charged - otherwise, he has to actually cause you harm before they can arrest him.
You should also check into whether there is a shelter - such as for battered women or women in the same situation as yours, where you and your child and reside in a secure atmosphere with people who will help and support you.
You may also want to look into terminating his parental rights so that he has no claim to your child. In the US, this can be done by filing with the court and then publishing in the local newspaper for a certain number of weeks when you do not know where to find him or where the sheriff can serve him papers.

you just make sure that you help find this nut case and make sure that he stays locked up for the rest of his life. and if need be move so he can't find you, you know it can be done.....
