Finally gave birth

In February of 2007 when I joined mylot, one of the interests I wrote was "give birth to a healthy child". Well on February 7, 2008 I gave birth to a healthy baby boy that my boyfriend and I named Grayson. The first six weeks was pretty rough because Kenny and I were having a hard time and then postpartum set in, but ever since I've just been overjoyed with motherhood. Now that the anxiety of the pain is over with, I see giving birth as the best thing that has ever happened to me, and when Grayson is old enough, I can't wait to do it again. I'm even contemplating being a surrogate! I'm curious to know what other peoples birth experiences have been like. Ahdorein*

First of all "CONGRATULATION". Giving birth is the best experienced all women can have. When I had my son, I am so happy and I felt that there is something in me that made complete. Although the first 6 months was really tough, but as he is growing and learning so many things then that will be an achievement for you .

Well I have 4 kids(3 boys and a girl) and after the first 3 I was all for having more kids. I also wanted to be a surrogate, i really loved being pregnant, until August 1 2007. That's when my daughter was born. With my first 3 I had very long labor, so I really wasn't worried about that and plus I pushed my 3rd out with 2 pushes. But the pain that I went through with my daughter made me get my tubes tied. For one she was 3 1/2 weeks early because they feard that she would be over nine pounds( I didn't want a c section). They started inducing my labor at 7 in the am. she didn't come till 11:59 pm. I had a epidural which ran out while her head was half way out. That was the worst pain that I had ever felt, I wasn't gonna get my tubes tied but after that ordeal I schedule to get my tubes tied asap. I don't ever want to go through that pain again.
