Traditional chinese food

Have you ever tried a kind of traditional chinese food with the name of Bing Tang Hu Lu?It is a very popular fun food among children in northern China.It is a stick of sugar-coated fruits.Lots of different fruits can be used such as hawthorn,apple,orange,grape,strawberry and even kiwifruit. Ususlly about a half-dozen of fruits are sticked together by a stick and then bathed in the rocksugar syrup hardens into a shiny candy coating.And then,a delicious Bing Tang Hu Lu on the well.If you have the chance to travel in China,just remember to have a try.

I have never tried that dish before. Actually, I don't think I've ever heard of it until I read your post! It sounds really good! I haven't had very much Chinese food. I don't like that much Chinese food, but I do love sweet and sour chicken and rice. That is my very favorite Chinese meal. The dish that you mentioned sounds like it would be very tasty though, too. I would definitely love to try it sometime if I ever have the chance!
