What is your favorite way to eat strawberries?

I love this time of year with all of the freash fruits and veggies. I think by far strawberries are my favorite. I love to eat them many different kinds of way but I think fresh and dipped in a little bit of sugar is the best. How do you like to eat them? What is your favorite fruit from the summer?

That is one thing I do love strawberries. I like them many many ways. Some including dipping them in chocolate, whipped cream, whipping cream itself with a bit of sugar, dipped in a little bit of sugar, in smoothies, baby spinach with diced strawberries and kiwi with a strawberry vinergarette and some croutons. MMMMM now I am getting hungry. I love all fruits except for grapefuit so I am all over them all the time.

Yeah you sound like me- this has made me hungry! I like them all kinds of ways too. But for me the sweeter you can make them the better. I am with you too on the grapefruit thing. Not sweet enough for me.

wow that just all of a sudden made me really hungry! I love it like that to. I think the problem in general is I just like to eat. It is why I have to work so hard to stay in shape! Thanks for your response!

I eat them covered in sugar. Or as part of strawberry shortcake. I love strawberry shortcake.

Hi there Riley's Mom!
I like to eat strawberries with shaved ice on top of it and pour down condensed milk on it too. I haven't tried dipping it on melted chocolate but it sure looks really delicious.
My favorite fruit from the summer though is mango. I think the best fruit when it's really hot like in the summer is watermelon but I'm not sure if it's available or if its season is in summer.
