Why some people thake too much time to take decison??????????

Plz tell me why some people take too much time to take any decison,is It like they dont have clear views about the subject or any other problem they are facing?????????????

I am one of those people, Lol.
It started when I got older and developed problems with Anxiety.
It was so bad at one time in my life that I would be sitting at a stop sign forever afraid to make the decision of when to go.
A good friend said someting recently:
He said "Over-analysis leads to Paralysis"
That is so true. The more you think over what would be the right decision, the longer you stand there... paralyzed.
