Mp3 player is now REPLACED with CELLULAR phones!!!

Now a days ,Most of the Cellular phones offers High quality music support and with high storage facilities ... If we get these HUGE facilities in a single device... Why should we use MP3 players?? I think the USE of Mp3 player is coming to an extinction.
