In general, I choose to eat meats, such as chicken, and fish. From time to time, I have explored vegetarian cuisine, such as vegetarian pizzas, and nut loaf, but I always seem to have returned to non-vegetarian options. I could, possibly, muster up the willpower to become vegetarian.

hi yeah transition from non veg foods to vegetarian foods will certainly not be easy-it will require lot of will power-but its worth the efforts.

I love both veg and non-veg food. I remember since I was young, vegetables were my favorite food but as I grow older I am gearing more towards liking non-veg food, even though I am still quite fond of vegetables. As for you, I'm just curious as to why you want to change from a non-vegetarian to a vegetarian? Have you consulted a dietitian, because if it's not done properly you could be running low on some vital important elements in food that is crucial to the body's functioning. Anyway, if you've already set your mind to it, I can just give you my support and wish you good luck with it!

hi thanx for ur support-as u know that our anatomy is not conducive to eating meat-since our intestines are very long, compare that with intestines of say a dog which are very short, bcoz when the intestines are long, our food remains there for long time and in case of meat unless it is excreted quickly,it will start rotting resulting in many of illnesses and diseases.look at our canines and compare it with carniverous animals or say even dracula-they are just not meant for tearing meat apart. As far as missing vital elements are concerned, veg food can provide us with all the nutrients except certain amino acids, which can only be provided by animal protiens-but there are exceptions to that-they are Soya beans and Wheatgrass.
