have you tried bely dancing?

yeah it's a good workout.. but it's got danger too.. look what happened to shakira..

I took part in dancing-party very often when I was a student in university, but now I usually plays the badminton, it is a good way to loss my weight quickly.

I have always wanted to try it, but I haven't ever gotten around to it yet. I have heard that it makes for a good workout, and it sounds like it would be a lot of fun to learn. I am not a very good dancer in general though, so I would probably feel too self-conscious to take a class in it. Maybe I will try finding a belly dancing DVD so I can learn it at home when nobody is looking! hehe

I've seen belly dancing b4.. I must say it's a very sexy dance and it's a very good workout especially for the abs and bums.. hehe ^_^

I haven't done belly dancing but I heard that it is really a good wayto lose fat especially in the belly area. I don't know if there is a belly dancing school near my place. Maybe I'll just buy a copy of a CD and learn by myself. Take care =)

I always wanted to try it because i think it looks cool . Also, is a good way to burn fat . I think I will give it a try once I lose a little more weight . I always have fun trying to do it in my own house with music on . I actually think it makes you feel sexy .
