Hello friends
Which types of internet connection you are using, and which one is the best internet connection? I just connected with ADSL+2 connection. And in your view which one is the best connection, dial up, cable, adsl etc.

Between the three, (dial up, cable, adsl), the fastest would be Cable. But I would choose adsl. I'm currently on adsl and have a 1.5mpbs with is sufficient enough for my needs. Advantages of dsl is that you have your own line and it takes a lot of knowledge for someone to "steal" your bandwidth.
On cable internet however, you share the bandwidth with the people in your area (unless your provider proves that it isn't so), and is advantageous if you are just a few using cable within your area. It is blazing fast.
Dial up comes as a last resort when all else fails. It's good to still have that internal modem installed just in case.
If you have the money to spare, and I mean big amounts, go with at least a T3 or Optical cables. Downloading DVD sized files will take only a couple of minutes.

I'm glad I could assist. It will depend also on what you'll need the internet for. Just acquire the speed you need to save. T3s are around P50,000+ a month if i'm not mistaken.
