I'm not kidding you

Um sorry bu i need to correct you on that title, it's 'Harry Potter and the Phillosiper's stone' i just though i would point that out. This has happened to me but not with harry potter, i have stuck with him till the very end. I read books like Romeo and Juliet or Black Beauty and they are well known, i know i need to watch them but i never do, it's just that i am so busy nowadayz animating for my show i just don't feel time. x x x x cazziecaz5 x x x x

Hmm, that doesnt happen to me with movies. Im always updated on these things but the only problem is that I dont watch it with everybody else. I dont watch it in theaters and I dont rent it right away. It really depends if my friends and I decided to watch a particular movie or I dont have anything else to watch at home then Ill rent it. I understand how you feel but I am more like that with music. I can say that I am behind the times when it comes to music. When a song is really very famous that its being played over and over on tv and radio as long as its not an instant hit with me I dont like it that much on its highest moment. But after a time and when I really get to hear the whole song and understand what its about especially the music and the beats then I would just start to appreciate it and like it. Since its fame got over and done with my friends and most people will move on to other things but I would be just starting to listen to it and have enough of my own fill.^_^

well not me or my husbandwe always make it a point to see it in the first day of showing any good movies that will be out for screening..its a become a habit for us..we share same interest in watching movies..

This thing happened to me with the Harry Potter books. You know, they had been for a very long time in my erstwhile school library. But i hadn't read them as I considered them kid stuff. Even when the movie was about to be released, I wasn't keen on going to watch it, and it was my father who persuaded me to watch it as he had heard that it had been a hit worldwide. So I went and watched it and it changed my whole perception about fantasy. The very next day, I bought the first book and was through it in a single day. One by one, I bought all the books and have read them all at least 5 times. I've also read other fantasy literature like Lord of The Rings. It's a real classic novel. You should consider reading it. We can even call it an epic absolutely.

A long while ago there was this series that came out and all my friends and family were reading it and they kept saying "you've got to read this." But my kids were little at the time and I knew myself well enough that if I get reading a book that I can't put down, I neglect everyting around me, no sleep, little food, until its done so I just knew I couldn't read that series then. Now that I have more time, I'm thinking I should read it, but it seems old news, you know. Like whose going to want to talk to me about it when I'm all excited. Hey, at least there's still all us Harry Potter fans around to talk to if you want to start reading. LOL.

It has happened to me quite a few times but it isn't mainly with movies - just mostly books. I often have never heard of them until everyone is already in the realm of them and I'm so far behind I'll never seem to catch up. Harry Potter is amazing, yes.

I can understand you .Because Harry's so famous in the world,and you think it is just like the other popular things .But I suggest you reading the Harry's book ,from the begining ,and I'm sure that you will fall into the Harry's world.You will know the felling ,it is magic.

oh ya.. tatz happened with me a lot.. happens all the time with people.. movies, books, songs, games etc etc.. only thing i can remember right now, thats happened wud be Harry Potter himself.. the books at least.. cos i started reading them only after i saw the first two movies!!
