how you study ?

my question is how u study?
is it one night stand ? one whole night before examination day
or
regularly as it is tought each day or weekly ?
according to my experiances i got 60% marks in all subject which i do for one night stand.
i want to know how you do it.

i do it whole night and then if there is still time before my exam then i continue studying
